Night To Shine – Brunswick County

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. The event will include a walk down the red carpet, karaoke, dancing, special guests and more, all leading up to the moment when every single honored guest will be crowned as a king or queen of the prom! This year, Brunswick County Night to Shine has partnered with churches in Willmington, NC for an event that will honor more than 400 special guests. 

The Tim Tebow Foundation has a great passion for people with special needs, and in 2014 launched “Night to Shine.” The vision was simple… work with churches around the country to provide an incredible prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. This past February, 700 churches and 200,000 volunteers came together on one night, celebrating 100,000 honored guests with special needs. This unforgettable prom night experience changed Valentine’s Day weekend from simply a celebration of love, to a celebration of God’s love, people with special needs and the value of life. While this year may look different, The Tim Tebow Foundation is still committed to expanding this ministry into a worldwide movement that allows people with special needs to shine, churches to shine, volunteers to shine, and most importantly, Christ to shine.
